Hence, On the Way Back home, We only leave the Footprints and Carry a lot of Memories of the Adventure.

We believe that we all are responsible towards the mother nature & thus, we follow some Rules & Regulations which are Not just to be read, but to be followed are very straight and simple.

No littering anywhere during the Event whatsoever.

Let’s also help the nature to be litter free by picking up the garbage on our trails & disposing it properly in the cities.

Carrying or consumption of Alcohol or Smoking is Strictly NOT ALLOWED. Anyone found in possession of the same or consuming it will be expelled from the trek. NO REFUND will be provided.

Via Ferrata, the name itself suggests SAFETY. & that is our Moto too. Participants must follow the instruction given by the Trek Leader/Volunteers for your own safety & the group’s safety.

Participants should not deface or damage any monument by writing or scribbling on them. Please help us to conserve and preserve our heritage along with our Trek Leads.

We strongly recommend not wearing/carrying any valuable jewelry. Participants will be responsible for their own safety and baggage.

Adventure activity is arranged considering normal weather.

There can be changes in the Event plans, itinerary according to the real-time situations.

In case of cancellation of any event due to reasons beyond control (like Natural calamities, riots, political uncertainty, public transport failure etc.), refund shall be payable with respect to the given to refund policy.

In case of any injury, sickness, accident, death or any other casualty or loss or damage of valuables or luggage or any equipment; 'Via Ferrata', it’s instructors, organizers, volunteers or any other person involved wholly or partially, either individually or jointly, shall not be responsible in any manner for the same and no claims of the participants, parents, guardians, relatives or friends of participants will be entertained.
