Hampi is an ancient village in the south Indian state of Karnataka.Hampi is famous for its ruins belonging to the erstwhile medieval Hindu kingdom of Vijaynagar and it is declared a World Heritage site.Hampi was the capital of the Vijayanagara Empire in the 14th century,located on the bank of Tungabhadra River about 11 km away from Hospet City.Vijayanagara Rulers decorated and designed this city with lots of lovely temples, palaces, market streets and monuments which made this location one of the famous ancient metropolises in India.Hampi is famous for Purandara Festival.     If you are looking for a fort which looks a little, but has a lot to offer.. One such destination is a Bhairavgad of Mororshi. There are multiple forts named as Bhairavgad as the name comes from Lord Shiva’s Bhairav avtar. Hence, the names always comes with the location it is at.  Bhairavgad (Moroshi) is located near Malshej Ghat and is one of the most adventure Treks. Bhairavgad is a prominent fort which rises steeply from konkan range making it a difficult and tricky fort to climb. The base village of  Bhairavgad is Moroshi. While travelling from Malshej ghat one can clearly see sharp wall like pinnacle separated from main range near Moroshi. The top of  Bhairavgad is created by the geological structure known as a dyke and the final stage on the rock mass is very fascinating. Bhairavgad happens to be only fort built on a dyke making it a must see wonder for trekkers.Bhairavgad must have been very important as it holds very strategic location. Water tank at east side is also subject of study, how to preserve the water which is draining from the hill.

 Katraj to Sinhgad (Famously known as K2S) is a mountain range spread over around 15 KM between Katraj Old Tunnel & Sinhgad Fort. This range has about 16 hills & situated in southern areas of Pune. Located 25 km from Bhandardara, behind Samrad village in the Ahmednagar district,Maharashtra near the famous fort Ratangad. Sandhan valley is also known as The Valley of Shadows.There is also reversing water falls nearby but it's active during monsoon only.

Harishchandragad is a hill fort in the Ahmednagar district of India.
