Itinerary

Previous Night (Saturday)

10:30 p.m. - Meet Team Prawasvede at Office in Sadashiv Peth.

11.00 p.m. - Departure from Prawasvede at Office in Sadashiv Peth.

Starting Point : Prawasvede at Office in Sadashiv Peth.

Pickup Points : Garware Metro Station, Vanaz Metro Station, Lohia Jain IT Park (Chandani Chowk)

*IMPORTANT – Latecomers will have to join us on the way or make their own arrangements to reach the starting point.

No Arguments will be entertained for the same.

Event Day (Sunday)

04:30 a.m. - Reach Base Village & Freshen Up

06:00 a.m. - Start the Trek after Breakfast, instructions & Introduction.

07:30 a.m. - Reach on top of the Fort.

Explore the Fort

11:30 a.m. - Start Descending 

12:30 p.m. - Reach the Base Village

01:30 p.m. - Lunch Time

02:30 p.m. - Explore Pachad Kot & Visit to Rajmata Jijau Samadhi

04:00 p.m. - Start Journey towards Pune.

09:30 p.m. - Reach Starting point via the same route.

We may come to Pune ONE Hour Before OR After the given time.

Things To Carry
  • Valid Identity Card
  • Backpack (no sling bags, one side bags etc.)
  • Hiking pants, Woolen pullover/ Gloves, Raincoat, Jacket,Cap/Hat, socks, Sunglasses, Torch
  • Trekking equipment like trekking Shoes with good grip,trekking pole.
  • Crepe Bandage (if you have one at home)
  • Water bottle (Minimum 2-3 LTRs)
  • Extra set of Clothes (to wear after the trek, in return journey)
  • Some ready to eat food like plum cakes, fruits, dry fruits, chocolates, biscuits,etc.
  • Any prescribed personal medicine (e.g.anti-allergic medicines suggested by doctor).
Cancellation Policy

Events (1 or 2 days)

  • 75% refund if notified via phone conversation 8 or more days prior to the event date.
  • 50 % refund if notified via phone conversation 4 to 7 days prior to the event date.
  • No refund if the cancellation requested is less than 3 days prior to event date
  • No show No Refund.
  • Event Tickets cannot be transferred to another date against cancellation.
  • Event Tickets cannot be transferred to another person against cancellation.
  • If Trek get cancelled, we will refund "Trek Amount" only.
