Madhe Ghat is located in Maharashtra state India around 62 km south west of Pune bordering Raigad district and in the vicinity of Torna Fort, Rajgad, Raigad Fort and backwaters of Bhatghar dam.From this place, you can have a view of vast area such as Raigad fort, Lingana, Varandha ghat and Shivthar Ghal.In history, when the warrior Tanaji Malusare died in the Sinhagad battle, his body was to be taken for last rites in his native village Umrathe near Poladpur. Tanaji Malusare's funeral procession was taken to his native place from this Madhe ghat route.at the bottom of the Madhe ghat there is small temple of lord Shiva with small water tank called as "Dev Take".

05:15 a.m. – Meet Team Via Ferrata at Office in Sadashiv Peth.
05:45 p.m. – Departure from Via Ferrata at Office Pune.

*IMPORTANT – Latecomers will have to join us on the way or make their own arrangements to reach the starting point.
No Arguments will be entertained for the same.
09:00 a.m. – Breakfast at Madheghat
09:30 a.m. – Reach Madheghat.Activity brief and post briefing we will start avtivity.
No Toilets are available on the Trek route
12:30 p.m. – After Rappelling activity you can enjoy the waterfall and beautiful view from Madheghat.
02:00 p.m. – Lunch.
03:00 p.m. – Start return Journey to Pune.
07:00 p.m. – Reach Back to Pune.
We may come to Pune ONE Hour Before OR After the given time.
- Valid Identity Card
- Backpack (no sling bags, one side bags etc.)
- Hiking pants, Woolen pullover/ Gloves, Raincoat, Jacket,Cap/Hat, socks, Sunglasses, Torch
- Trekking equipment like trekking Shoes with good grip,trekking pole.
