Itinerary

Day 0 : Rajgad Ascend (Previous Night)

10:30 p.m. – Meet Team Via Ferrata at Office in Sadashiv Peth.

11:00 p.m. – Departure to Rajgad Base Village from  Via Ferrata Office, Sadashiv Peth, Pune 

Starting Point : Via Ferrata Office, Sadashiv Peth, Pune 

Pickup Points : S.P.College,Dandekar Bridge,Rajaram Bridge,Vadagao Bk.

*IMPORTANT – Latecomers will have to join us on the way or make their own arrangements to reach the starting point.

No Arguments will be entertained for the same.

01:00 a.m. – Reach Base Village & Start the Trek post Instructions & Introduction.

02:30 a.m. – Reach Padmavati Temple

Rest till Sunrise.

Day 1: Rajgad to Torna Trek

06:30 a.m. – Breakfast

07:00 a.m. – Start Trekking Towards Torna Fort via Sanjivani Machi, Alu Darvaja

10:00 a.m. – Reach Bhutonde Khind at our Campsite for a Brunch

11:30 a.m. – Start Trekking to Torna Fort

04:30 p.m. – Reach Mengai Temple atop Torna Fort

05:00 p.m. – After a bit of Rest, Start Descending to Velha Village

07:30 p.m. – Dinner at Velha

08:30 p.m. – Travel to Mohari Village

10:00 p.m. – Reach Mohari Village for Overnight Stay

Day 2 : Mohari to Hirkani Wadi

05:00 a.m. – Wakeup call

05:30 a.m. – Breakfast

06:00 a.m. – Start Trekking towards Pane Village via Boratyachi Naal, Linganmachi

01:30 p.m. – Reach Pane Village for Lunch

03:00 p.m. – Travel to Hirkani Machi by bus

05:00 p.m. – Reach Hirkani Wadi for stay

08:00 p.m. – Dinner

Day 3 : Raigad Darshan

04:00 a.m. – Wakeup call

04:30 a.m. – Start hike to Raigad Fort

06:00 a.m. – Reach atop the fort to offer Tribute to Shiv-Chhatrapati at Sunrise.

07:00 a.m. – Visit Jagadishwar Temple

Breakfast

Explore the Fort till 10:00 a.m.

10:00 a.m. – Start Descending to Hirkani wadi for Lunch

12:00 noon – Lunch at Hirkani Wadi

02:00 p.m. – Visit Pachad Palace & Jijau Samadhi

03:00 p.m. – Start Return Journey to Pune

09:00 p.m. – Reach Back to Pune

We may come to Pune ONE Hour Before OR After the given time.

Things To Carry
  • Valid Identity Card
  • Adequate Cash 
  • Backpack (no sling bags, one side bags etc.)
  • Hiking pants, Woolen pullover/ Gloves, Raincoat, Jacket,Cap/Hat, socks, Cold cream, Sunglasses,Torch
  • Trekking equipment like trekking Shoes with good grip,trekking pole
  • Camping equipment like carry mat,sleeping bag/Chadar/Bedsheet
  • Crape Bandage (if you have one at home)
  • Water bottle (Minimum 2-3 LTRs)
  • Extra set of Clothes (to wear after the trek, in return journey)
  • Some ready to eat food like plum cakes, fruits, dry fruits, chocolates, biscuits,etc.
  • Any prescribed personal medicine (e.g.anti-allergic medicines suggested by doctor).
  • *Covid-19 precautions : Carry Mask & small bottle of Sanitizer.
